Climbers look great in the garden. They can be used for a fence, shed or a wall to overgrow. Or they can be guided along a pergola. Climbers come in all shapes and sizes. So many possibilities for space in the garden to beautify and leverage.
In a small garden is often no room for a tree or large shrub height to the garden. Climbers are a good alternative. Fences, walls, gazebos, pergolas and such an isolated element can be used to grow a vine against it. They will make the garden looks exciting and will provide privacy.
An ugly fence or wall can be very effectively covered with a creeper. An evergreen climbing plant like ivy throughout the year will hide the ugly object from view. Vine in autumn will give a flaming spectacle of red autumn leaves withered and clematis will bloom abundantly with large colorful flowers. So many possibilities for an ugly spot in the garden to beautify and involve them in the garden. And of course a combination of climbing plants is also possible.
Some climbers, such as through self-adhesive suckers, like the vine, or aerial roots like the ivy, which they hold themselves to a surface and climb up. Other climbers have just needed a support through which they creep up. They cling to branches or leaves turning steal, such as passion flower, clematis and nasturtium.
Climbers can be selected to include shape and size of leaf, color and scent of the flowers on evergreen, deciduous or annual species, on a sunny or shady location and in the manner and speed at which a climber climbs. At the end – choose good hydroponic nutrients and enjoy new look of your garden!
